Susan Buettner is an Associate Broker and the visionary for LifeStyles Realty Group. With an accomplished legal background, Susan brings her experience, sharp eye for details, and enthusiastic personality to the table at LifeStyles Realty Group…
After graduating with two Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Nebraska in Kearney, Susan went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Following her successful law career, Susan transitioned into real estate in 2013. Her love for learning pushed her in her pursuit of a Master’s degree in Business and a Graduate Realtors Institute certification. She also completed her training through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Over these past years Susan decided to elevate her career by focusing on something deeper than houses—LifeStyles. Now as the team leader at LifeStyles Realty Group, Susan is dedicated to supporting families searching for their best home and LifeStyle.
In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband and high school sweetheart, Bill. Bill is also a REALTOR with Realty ONE Group. After moving to Lincoln in 1995 for grad school, the two stayed to raise their four daughters. Now, they spend their time relaxing with their daughters and three grandsons, as well as working on their home in Lincoln. Whenever they have the chance to get away, Susan and Bill enjoy traveling to places where the sun is always warm and bright.
Coming in as Susan’s right-hand man is her husband, Bill. As a Nebraska REALTOR, Bill joined the LifeStyles Realty Group and has been a foundational member of our team since the beginning. Bill has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University.
Married to his high school sweetheart for 30+ years, they share four daughters and three grandsons, and now work together as real estate partners. After retiring with 32 years with the Nebraska Army National Guard, Bill started his new career in Real Estate. He spent the last 17 years in a full-time employment capacity with the Guard. His experience with the Guard includes funds and fiscal management, transportation, supply and personnel management. He also has expertise in records and information management, senior leadership and is a Master Resilience Trainer. Bill was deployed to Bosnia in support of NATO’s peace keeping mission and recently went to Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. After making the switch to real estate, Bill has been an integral part of the LifeStyles Realty Group. He intends to utilize his negotiation and leadership attributes to assist his clients buy or sell their homes, whether it is a first-time home buyer or a new construction transaction.
